By using the website or the Platform, you accept these terms. The supply of hardware, installation and paid Platform access is governed by the offer or contract signed with SensorHub. In case of conflict, the signed offer or contract prevails.
2. Professional use
The website and the Platform are intended for professional users acting for business purposes. Information on the website is general and does not constitute a binding offer.
3. Client accounts

- You are responsible for keeping your credentials and verification codes confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Notify SensorHub without delay of any unauthorised use of your account.
- SensorHub may suspend an account in case of misuse, security risk or expiry of the agreed access period.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:

5. Data and recommendations
- Sensor readings, third-party data and interpretations depend on sensor placement, calibration, connectivity and third-party data sources. They may be incomplete or inaccurate.
- Recommendations are decision support. They do not replace the professional judgement of the user or of a qualified advisor. No recommendation is executed automatically.
- You remain responsible for every action taken on the basis of the data, and for compliance with the regulations that apply to your activity.
- SensorHub does not guarantee any specific operational, agronomic or financial result.
6. Client data
You retain ownership of the data collected for your sites. You grant SensorHub the right to process this data to provide, maintain and improve the service. SensorHub will not disclose your data to third parties except to the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy, or where required by law. SensorHub may use aggregated, anonymised data that does not identify you or your sites.
